The Ocoee community came out to enjoy carriage rides, visits with Santa and more for the city’s fourth annual tree lighting.
OCOEE As snow — soap bubbles — filled the air, many Ocoee residents were inspired by the holiday spirit Saturday, Dec. 3, during the city of Ocoee’s fourth annual tree lighting. Festivities included face painting, pony rides, food trucks, bounce houses, laser tag, horse-drawn carriage rides, visits with Santa and tours of the historical Withers-Maguire House. The Ocoee High School choir sang carols as the city staff helped officially ring in the holiday season by lighting the tree in front of the house. Afterward, guests could make their way into the house for cookies and a tour.
