The annual Hindu festival is known for the throwing of colorful powders
To celebrate the start of spring, hundreds came out to the annual Holi Festival at Bill Fredrick Park on Sunday, March 19. Holi is a Hindu festival known as the festival of colors for the colorful powder that is thrown into the air during the festivities.
In addition to enjoying dance performances and Indian music, everyone in attendance was doused in colorful powders and dyed water throughout the afternoon.
