Students at Lakemont Elementary ran for a cause on Friday, Sep. 7, as they participated in the Boosterthon Fun Run at the school.

Put on by the Lakemont PTO, students were able to hit their funding goal, which helped raise money for the school and put Principal Karl Fox in the chair to be slimed by multiple students prior to the start if the run.
