Thousands of locals packed Bill Breeze Park as they enjoyed food, carnival rides, vendors and free country-music concerts.
OCOEE It was the most wonderful time of the year in Ocoee this past weekend as the city celebrated its annual Founders’ Day Festival. This year’s events, held on Friday, Nov. 2, and Saturday, Nov. 3, drew thousands of residents and those in surrounding communities for a fun-filled weekend. Carnival rides and games were popular with the children. Attendees of all ages could check out a variety of vendors and retailers, snack on festival food, grab a lawn chair and take in performances from country-music stars such as Jake Owen and Big & Rich.
