The Oakland Nature Preserve hosted its first onsite festival Saturday, Sept. 24, to allow folks to experience natural Florida. A variety of wildlife and nature organizations set up booths,
an array of Florida animals greeted families, and several programs were presented throughout the afternoon.
Guests also could take a guided hike on the upland trails or a boat tour of Lake Apopka.
