BREAKING NEWS: 16-year-old boy abducted in Winter Garden

Bruce Haggins was abducted by a light skinned black male with dreadlocks driving a dark gray Infiniti G37, according to missingkids.org.

A Florida AMBER Alert has been issued for 16-year-old Bruce Haggins, who was last seen at the 1000 block of Lincoln Terrace in Winter Garden on Friday, May 31. 

According to Captain Scott Allen of the Winter Garden Police Department, officers responded to a call at around 11:43 a.m. of shots fired at a subject in a vehicle, which had fled from the area. Police later received information leading them to believe Haggins had been abducted – and possibly shot, according to Allen.

Haggins was taken by a light skinned black male with dreadlocks driving a dark gray Infiniti G37, according to missingkids.org.

The subject of the AMBER Alert may be armed and dangerous. Individuals are encouraged not approach the subject, and should instead call 911 or contact the Winter Garden Police Department at (407) 877-5482 if they have any information.

Haggins is approximately 6-foot-2 and 180 pounds, and was wearing a gray shirt, according to missingkids.org.
