New kids clothes store

NAI Realvest recently negotiated a long-term lease agreement for 4,200 square feet at 2504 Alafaya Trail near Waterford Lakes in Orlando. Mez Birdie, who negotiated the contract, said with this lease altogether he has closed seven leases for Winmark Corporation, parent company of Once Upon a Child.

New bank VP

New Traditions Bank today announced the appointment of Trish Teague to Senior Vice President, based in the bank’s Orlando office. Teague has worked in the private banking industry for more than 15 years, also spending time at Wachovia and CNL Bank.

$22,000 for kids

Fifth Third Bank’s Summer of Dreams recently received a gift of $22,000 from the Orlando-based Lawrence E. White Family Foundation to support its program for homeless children and families in Central Florida. The funds will be used to cover transportation costs for local homeless children to attend the program, including LYNX bus passes.
