When the officer asked the female driver for the car registration, she responded by starting the car. The officer asked her to turn off the car, and she did. When he requested her registration a second and third time, she responded the same. The officer then asked the female to step out of the car and noticed vomit on the driver's side of the floor and bottom part of the door. The officer proceeded to read the driver his Miranda Rights, but was interrupted when the driver yelled, "F–– you I am done talking!" Officer from other police departments came to assist with the arrest, as the driver kept resisting. The driver was eventually placed inside the police car.
