Foundation Academy students excel at ACSI Math Olympics

Foundation Academy students took home many ribbons at the ACSI Math Olympics, where 221 students from eight schools competed.

Foundation Academy recently hosted the ACSI Winter Garden Math Olympics at its North Campus, where 221 students from eight schools competed. 

The competition tests students in grades 3-8 on word or computation problems, which is assessed through timed tests. 

A number of Foundation students took home ribbons for excelling in their divisions at the event. Students who earn a high percentage score and a first place ribbon in their division also earn a medal.

The event is sponsored by ACSI, the Association of Christian Schools International, which is Foundation Academy’s accrediting board. ACSI students around the world participate in this competition.
