Obituary: Jack Herschel Brackney

Jack Herschel Brackney, 87, of Windermere, Florida, passed away on Monday, Feb. 25, 2019. Jack was born in Delaware, Ohio, on Nov. 9, 1931, to Herschel and Georgia Lucille Brackney, who precede him in passing.

He retired as a construction supervisor for Orange County after 20 years of service and served proudly in the United States Navy.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Margaret Brackney; his son, Tyler C. (Effie) Brackney; and his daughter, Tosha Brackney.

Inurnment with Military Honors will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 26, at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. Arrangements entrusted to Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Winter Garden. baldwinfairchildwintergarden.com
