City of Ocoee residents are being given a chance to provide feedback about the city’s parks and recreation programs. The city is updating its Comprehensive Plan and the Parks, Recreation & Trails Master Plan and is asking residents to take an online community survey.

The survey, which the city is conducting in partnership with the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, will provide questions focusing on city parks, recreation and trails. City officials want citizens to give their thoughts on existing parks, recreational programs and special events.

Results from the survey will be used to guide future decisions on programming and how to improve the city’s park system.

The Parks & Rec Community Survey is online at ocoee.org under the “Quick Links” menu. The direct link is ocoeeparksnrec.metroquest.com

For residents who don’t have access to a computer, they can stop by Ocoee City Hall to take the survey on a city computer during normal operating hours. The online survey will be open through the end of October.

For more information, call City Hall at (407) 905-3100.
