The Florida League of Mayors re-elected Windermere Mayor Gary Bruhn to serve on its board of directors at its annual conference in Hollywood.

Bruhn was re-elected for a fourth-consecutive two-year term. He will serve until 2016.

Bruhn also serves as chairman of the Orange County Council of Mayors. He is a member of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and chairs the Florida League of Cities’ Urban Administration Legislative Committee. He is also a member and past chairman of the Municipal Advisory Committee for Metroplan, the metropolitan traffic planning organization for Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties, as well as a member and past president of the Tri-County League of Cities serving Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

“I am honored that my fellow mayors would re-elect me to a fourth term on the League of Mayor’s board to serve not only Windermere, but all of Florida’s mayors,” Bruhn said.
