Three men robbed the Kwik Stop on New York Avenue in Winter Park on Thursday, Sept. 16, according to Winter Park Police.

According to a media release, the clerk was detained by one suspect with an “implied weapon”, while the other two suspects tried to take cash out of the register.

They couldn’t get the register open, but were able to take Florida Lottery tickets and other valuables.

Police believe they fled on bicycles.

The first suspect is thought to be a black male about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a slender build. He was wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, black jeans, black gloves and white Nike sneakers. He also had a black rag tied around his face and his head.

The second suspect is a black male about 5 foot 8 inches tall with a medium build. He wore a white wristband on his left wrist, a black T-shirt, a white undershirt, long denim gray shorts and black sneakers. He also had a rag tied around his face.

The third suspect is a black male about 5 foot 8 inches tall with a medium build.
