Within the last month, Lamm & Company Partners has been awarded four new medical office building projects that broke ground in recent months. The Winter Park Women’s Health Pavilion is a new 22,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building that will be built adjacent to the Winter Park Memorial Hospital campus. The facility will focus on women’s health service.

Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A. is pleased to announce that its Founding Partner John F. Lowndes has been named as an "8 Over 80" honoree by The Kinneret Council on Aging for 2013. Each year, the Council honors eight octogenarians who continue to actively participate in and make significant contributions to the community, defying stereotypes associated with older adults.

Christopher Hurn, chief executive officer of Mercantile Capital Corporation, said the 10-year-old firm should close commercial property loans to finance projects valued at a total of more than $450 million in 2012. In 2011, Mercantile Capital closed $174 million in loans.
