Pat Metheny Rocks Rollins
Grammy Award-winning musician Pat Metheny visited the Winter Park Institute to discuss his 40-year music career. More than 1,600 fans gathered at the Alfond Sports Center where he performed. Metheny gave budding musicians this advice: “Be the worst guy in every band you’re in.”
Cornell University's Raymond Pierson of Winter Park has been placed on the Dean's List of the College of Arts and Sciences for Excellence in Scholarship for the Fall 2011 semester.

Call to artists
