Winston-James Development recently negotiated a long-term lease agreement on a 937-square-foot office/warehouse facility at its Aloma Business Center on Aloma Avenue in Winter Park.

SunRail rider promotion offers discounts

The Park Avenue Merchants Association, a committee of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, has launched Free Ride Summer, a promotion aimed at commuters traveling on SunRail. On July 9 through Sept. 30, passengers riding the commuter rail system are able to take advantage of a variety of discounts at participating merchants with the idea that each promotion would offset the cost of the average trip to Winter Park from any of the 11 other origination points along the tracks.
