Bike/Walk Central Florida and Healthy Central Florida are kicking things off with Bike 5 Cities Saturday, May 6.

The ride is a free, guided 28-mile ride-along that takes you through five cities (Winter Park, Orlando, Casselberry, Maitland and Eatonville). The cities also will be hosting their own shorter rides, along with family-friendly entertainment and refreshments.
