WINTER GARDEN It was all about agriculture at West Orange High Friday, Aug. 31, as the school’s FFA program celebrated its rebirth. New agriscience teacher and FFA adviser Kristy Lightbody was joined by the school’s band, Orange County Public Schools Associate Superintendent for Career and Technical Education Mike Armbruster, and West Orange High principal Bill Floyd for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Students then took attendees on a tour through the agriculture yard, introduced them to the animals and talked about the FFA program.
