Local volunteers woke bright and early on Saturday, Jan. 5, in Winter Park for the Lakes Berry and Spier Watershed Cleanup event – an effort put together by the city to keep neighborhoods and lakes clean.
A total of 57 volunteers came out to pick up trash along streets and sidewalks near the two lakes.
