Town council to start budget discussions at workshop tonight

Windermere Town Council members will begin budget talks at a workshop tonight at the workshop at Town Hall.  

The council will discuss the town budget and a proposed millage rate of 3.74 for the 2019-20 fiscal year beginning at 6 p.m. on July 23. They will consider tentatively setting budget hearings for 6:30 p.m. on September 11 and 6 p.m. on September 23 at Town Hall. 

Town Manager Robert Smith will present the new town facilities design concepts to the council for a discussion ahead of thepublic meeting regarding the facilities at 6 p.m. on July 30. 

The next Windermere Town Council meeting will be 6 p.m on August 13.
