Longtime readers of the West Orange Times & Observer, Windermere Observer and OrangeObserver.com know our company has a tradition of having a little fun on April Fools’ Day.

Just to be clear: The story, “Former Windermere Mayor Gary Bruhn launches clothing accessories business,” is not true. Although it was published with Bruhn’s blessing (and although we think this would be an incredible idea!), this is not happening. For now, you’ll have to purchase your pocket squares at your usual clothier. 

Make no mistake: As journalists, we understand and are committed to our responsibilities to you, the reader. But we also think it’s important to have a little fun sometimes, and we hope this one brought a smile to your face.
