Ocoee searching for missing teen

Jordan Ware was last seen at the West Oaks Mall with his siblings. A Purple Alert was issued because Ware has high-functioning autism.

The Ocoee Police Department continues to search for 18-year-old Jordan Loveannte Ware, an 18-year-old who was last seen the evening of Saturday, Sept. 3. Police have issued a Purple Alert because Ware has high-functioning autism, does not have a driver’s license or phone and just recently moved to the area.

Ware was last seen with his siblings at the movie theater at the West Oaks Mall, 9401 W. Colonial Drive, Ocoee. Police said when Ware’s father came to pick him up he was upset, “blended into a crowd and has not been seen since.”

Ware is a 5-foot-5 black male weighing 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray pants. He is known to frequent the Hiawassee Branch Library at Dorsher Road and West Colonial Drive.

If anyone has information or has located Ware, contact the Ocoee Police Department at (407) 905-3160. Police are following all leads.
