Wellness park holding one-year celebration

The city of Ocoee is hosting a block party to celebrate the one-year anniversary of its Healthy West Orange Wellness Park, 1320 S. Bluford Ave. The festivities are from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at the park, located across from the Ocoee Police Department.

Enjoy fitness activities, a rock-climbing wall, health resources, and music and dance performances. Take a walk around the ponds, enjoy the views on the boardwalk and meet local health partners. Admission is free and open to all ages. Leashed dogs are welcome. Parking is at HighPoint Church, 476 Ocoee Commerce Parkway.
