Orlando-based O,R&L Facility Services and Owens Realty Services is teaming up with Winning Ways International, a Central Florida-based basketball program, to sponsor the second annual “Rising Stars Basketball Clinic” on Aug. 3-4 at the Winter Park Community Center. Track Shack’s 21st Annual Celebration of Running 5k will be on Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Orlando Science Center Loch Haven Park, 777 E.
