Local families came together to make a Mother’s Day craft at the second annual Blooming for Mothers event on Saturday, May 11, at Ward Park in Winter Park.
Children decorated small flower pots with paint and stickers, filled them with soil, and picked out flower seeds to plant — creating a special gift for mothers to admire on Mother’s Day.
