The Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College at 1000 Holt Ave. in Winter Park is offering free admission from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3. Visit ArtsFestFl.com or call 407-646-2526 for more information.

Bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy a free movie and popcorn on the lawn at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, as Orangewood Church and School in Maitland presents “Kung Fu Panda 2.” Admission, popcorn and parking are free. The Morse Museum will have a family tour at 5:15 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10. Learn about Louis Comfort Tiffany and American art of the late 19th and early 20th centuries in a docent-guided tour of the galleries.

There will also be an Art Demonstration at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10, at the McKean Pavilion of the Morse Museum. Glass artist Lee Taylor will demonstrate glassmaking techniques. Receive a free take-home art activity.

The Children’s Art & History Festival is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, at the A&H’s Maitland Art Center, located at 231 W. Packwood Ave.

“Meet Mr. Waterhouse,” a one-man play that teaches about the life of William Waterhouse, will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12, in front of the Waterhouse Residence Museum, located at 820 Lake Lily Drive. Visit ArtsFestFl.com and artandhistory.org .

The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens will host an Open House event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, and 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 12. It is located at 633 Osceola Ave. in Winter Park. Call 407-647-6294.

Admission to Maitland Art Center is free from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Sunday in February. The Center is located at 231 W. Packwood Ave. in Maitland. The Maitland Public Library has bedtime stories for all ages at 6 p.m. every Monday. Preschool story time is 10:30 a.m. every Tuesday. Infant and toddler story time is at 10:30 a.m. every Thursday. Reading buddies is at 4 p.m. on Thursdays.

The Crosby Observatory, atop the Orlando Science Center, is open for seasonal sky watching from 5 to 9 p.m. every first and third Saturday until Feb. 18. Admission includes a live planetarium show. Tickets are $10. Call 407-514-2000 or visit www.osc.org.

"The Great Duck Derby" features a series of rubber duck races and free family activities on Saturday, Feb. 18. The Peabody Ducks begin the festivities with a march to the Amphitheater at 10 a.m. The little yellow rubber ducks will race in the Garden's pond off Howell Creek at 12:15 and 1 p.m. Admission and activities are free. Sponsors buy big ducks for a special race at 11:15 a.m. Baby Rubber Ducks can be purchased for $5 at the Winter Park Farmer’s Market on Saturday, Feb. 11, and on Derby Day. Proceeds benefit the Mead Education Programs. Mead Garden is located at 1300 S. Denning Drive in Winter Park.
