On Thursday, Oct. 23, the Junior League of Greater Orlando will host its seventh annual Halloween Hustle 5K from 5 to 10 p.m. in Baldwin Park. This annual event includes a 5K Run/Walk, a Kids Fun Run and post-race festivities including carnival-inspired activities and live entertainment. Advance registration is $30 per adult and $35 at the event. Registration for the Kids’ Fun Run (children 12 and under) is $10 on race day. The fifth annual Pumpkin Run 5K starts at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, at Mead Botanical Garden. The fundraiser benefits the people of Haiti with health, education and economic development. On Sunday, Oct. 26, The Jewish Pavilion, an Orlando-area organization dedicated to supporting the elderly, will be holding its fifth annual Fall Festival to raise awareness and funds to support the elderly in the community. The event is in honor of Bunny Rosen, a long-time Orlando resident.
