After a day of off and on thunderstorms, the Wildcats (14-1, 4-0) utilized some electric offense in their 18-2 beatdown of the Lake Nona (7-6, 3-3) on Tuesday night.
The Wildcats exploded right out of the gate as they jumped out to a 8-0 run in the first 24-minutes of play, before the Lions managed to pick up their first goal with 1:58 left in the second quarter.
By halftime the Wildcats had extended their lead to 9-1.
The second-half would be a continuation of the same, with the Wildcats picking up another nine-goals while giving up only one last goal.
Lukas Kott lead all scorers with five-goals, while Jake Beattie and Travis Boncore both picked up four-goals. Parker Junod and Ryan Scott each had two-goals, and Weston Dowdell finished with one-goal.
Up next for the Wildcats is the season finale at Boone (8-7, 3-1) on Friday.
