It was a game that had the feeling as if it would be a low-scoring, defensive struggle between the Wildcats (9-2-1, 8-0) and Warriors (8-0-2, 3-0-2) on Wednesday night.
While the first-half would see the Warriors place a ball into the back of the net just once, taking a 1-0 lead into the half, both teams were generally bogged down in the midfield as they fought tooth and nail.
That all changed after the half, as both teams came out with feet ablaze with the Warriors scoring a whopping four goals, while the Wildcats picked up three themselves.
The Wildcats will look to rebound on the 17th as they host Gateway (6-6-1, 3-4) in a non-conference matchup.
For West Orange, the win keeps the Warriors rolling along through an undefeated season thus far, with their next match coming up against Dr. Phillips (7-5-2, 4-2) on Friday.
