Glass Knife coming to Winter Park

Do you love sweet? How about cakes?

Well there is some pretty exciting news with the arrival of The Glass Knife, which will be opening up a cafe in Winter Park this fall.

Located at 276 S. Orlando Ave, the cafe is known for its variety of cakes, including their brand new Signature Cakes Collection –which the cafe describes as being "modern, patisserie-style desserts" that are "hand-crafted by Chef Stuart Whitfield and team." The "entremets," as they are called, "feature layers of velvety mousse, delicate cake and luxurious fillings, forming a harmonious mix of indulgent flavors and unexpected textures."

Customers will be able to take in a numerous selection of tasty cakes like the Florida Citrus, Chocolate Truffle, and Berry St. Honoré.

Along with cakes, the cafe will also offer other sweet treats and coffee.
