Ding! Bikes of Winter Park will introduce state-of-the-art electric bicycles and tricycles on Thursday, Feb. 7, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the main building at the Downtown Winter Park Farmer’s Market, located at 200 W. New England Ave. Visitors can take a test-ride of the latest e-bikes from brand-name manufacturers, like Polaris and EG-Bikes, or bring a bike or tricycle to get motorized. This event is free. The 11th annual Orlando Folk Festival will take place Saturday, Feb. 9, and Sunday, Feb. 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Sculpture Garden of The Mennello Museum of American Art, located at 900 E. JCC Maitland, located at 851 N. Maitland Ave., will host Havdalah and Hoops on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event will begin with a ukele-led service, followed by a night filled with food, basketball and games. The fourth annual Orlando Chili Cook-Off, with the people that put on the annual Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island, will host Orlando’s first and only World Chili Eating Challenge on Feb. 9 from noon to 6 p.m. at Festival Park Orlando, located at 2911 E. Robinson St. Renowned eater Joey Chestnut will be among the competitors and there are still spots open for Orlando locals to “chow for charity” and compete for the total purse worth $3,500, with the first-prize winner taking home $1,750. The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park will feature Quink, a Dutch vocal ensemble known around the world, on Sunday, Feb. 10, at 3 p.m. at the Tiedtke Concert Hall, located at Rollins College on 1000 Holt Ave. in Winter Park. “The Voyages of Doctor Dolittle” will be playing through Feb. 24 at the Orlando Repertory Theatre.
