Attorney Rick Webber, joined by a Zimmerman, Kiser & Sutcliffe firm team of 15 people and approximately 3,000 Central Florida volunteers, took time Sunday, Nov. 18 to prepare meals for drought-stricken West Africa. The Zimmerman folks who participated in the effort worked to provide 12,000 needy residents of Burkina Fasa with one meal a day for one year.

Jed Downs, president of Cuhaci & Peterson, said the new Leslie’s Poolmart stores are located in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina, Louisiana and Florida.

Wells Fargo announced in December that it is contributing $175,000 to 17 food banks across Florida to help meet the demands in local communities, especially for the holiday season. Second Harvest Food Bank, an Orlando-based food bank that serves Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia counties, will receive $20,000.
