Come clown around at the JCC Carnival! Enjoy carnival games, a bounce house, face painting and more. We’ll have a pizza dinner and watch a movie to end the night. The event is free for JCC members. The READing Fest is a festival of opportunities for those with a love of reading and writing. The Maitland Fire Department will be reading books, and there will be puppet shows. Children will work with local authors, poets and artists to create a fusion work of visual art and creative writing, as well as hearing City Council members read some of their favorite picture books. It’s from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Maitland Public Library.
Pedals, Pipes and Pizza is coming to St. Michael’s Church in College Park on Jan. 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is intended to develop a young music student’s interest in the pipe organ. Join us for free at Wiggle & Giggle concert for babies, toddlers, young children and their families! The concert takes place Sunday, Jan. 13, at 10 a.m. in Shayna’s Village the JCC in Maitland.

The Art and History Museums – Maitland (A&H) offers an exciting lineup of classes and workshops for children and adults, beginning the week of Jan. 14. Participants can choose from classes and workshops including painting, drawing, stained glass, jewelry, pottery and much more.
