Islamic society renews

NAI Realvest recently negotiated four industrial lease agreements totaling 11,541 square feet at four CommerCenters located in Sanford, Orlando and Kissimmee. Among them, the Islamic Society of Central Florida Inc. renewed its lease of two suites with 4,191 square feet in Goldenrod CommerCenter, 1460 and 1476 N. Goldenrod Road.

New face at Ski Club

Morgan Epstein, advertising services coordinator at Massey Communications, was recently appointed as the Orlando Ski Club’s secretary on its board of directors. The Orlando Ski Club is a year-round, volunteer-run social organization with more than 250 members who are passionate about winter sports.

Congratulations to Kelly Price, Pamela Ryan, Jennifer King and Sherri Dyer for individually making Orlando Magazine’s Hot 100 Realtors for 2013. Kelly Price and Pamela Ryan have been named a Hot 100 Realtor for an impressive eight consecutive years. Jennifer King has been a Hot 100 Realtor for three years, and Sherri Dyer for two years.

The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP has expanded its Florida Tax and Trust and Estates Law services with the addition of Stephen G. Salley and JoEllen Ross to its Orlando office. Salley and Ross worked for Greenberg Traurig in the early 2000s and have practiced together for more than 25 years.
