Lake Sybelia Elementary is holding its first Dolphin Dash and 5K Saturday, Nov. 9, starting at 8:30 a.m. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we would like to invite everyone in our community to join us at this great event. We have teamed with Fleet Feet to make this an official timed 5K and we’re looking forward to a spectacular day. We encourage all families to either walk or run the 5K. Students age 10 and younger can also register for the Dolphin Dash if they choose. Lace up your sneakers and make a dash to register for our first annual Dolphin Dash and 5K! With the recent excitement surrounding the Orange County Board of Commissioners’ funding approval for a downtown soccer stadium, Italio restaurant at 276 S. Orlando Ave. in Winter Park is proud to announce an Orlando Lions signing and complimentary entrée event on Saturday, Nov. 9. For the entire day, guests that wear Orlando Lions paraphernalia will receive one complimentary entrée. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., fan favorite Lions players Jamie Watson and Dennis Chin will be onsite for the meet-and-greet and signing. A complimentary photograph will be given to guests for the players to sign during the event.

The 12th annual Winter Park Concours d’Elegance, Sunday, Nov 10, is one of the most prestigious ranked exotic classic car shows in the United States and is free to visiting public on Winter Park’s scenic Park Avenue.
