Monday sales gain on Friday

According to a recent AAA Consumer Pulse Holiday Shopping survey, nearly three in 10 people wait until the final two weeks in November to begin their shopping, and 26 percent will wait until December. Black Friday is big again this year with nearly half of shoppers expected to participate. However, Cyber Monday is expected to be bigger than ever. The online shopping spree has seen an 11 percentage point increase in the number of consumers since 2010. This year, six in 10 people are expected to take advantage of Cyber Monday sales, the highest number on record.
