Singing Christmas cards

Personalized singing Christmas cards will bring joy and laughter to recipients around the country when the 42-members of the O-Town Sound Chorus deliver their annual holiday greetings in song on Dec. 7. The greetings will be delivered from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7, for only $5. Purchases of four greetings will receive an additional greeting for free. Orders can be placed at www.otschorus.com under the Phone-A-Gram link and payment may be made with PayPal. Orders can also be placed by phone by calling Pat Feverston at 321-926-3360.

Food for fines

Maitland Public Library is working with The Church of the Good Shepherd in Maitland again this year to collect food for their food pantry. The library will be doing "Food for Fines" starting Monday, Nov. 25. Donated non-perishable food items equivalent to the fine amount will wipe out the fine and help needy families during the holidays.

Got a ‘lil slugger?

U.S. Baseball Academy is hosting a six-week baseball camp starting Jan. 4. Evans High School head coach Don Busby will direct the program in conjunction with U.S. Baseball Academy. Classes are available for players in grades 1-12 and are limited to six players per coach. Sessions are offered in advanced hitting, pitching, catching, fielding and baserunning. Space is limited.
