Rollins awards scholarship

The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business has announced Robin “RJ” Poole as the recipient of its 2015 Martin Bell Scholarship. Since 1988 the scholarship has annually been awarded a senior professional in the nonprofit sector with full tuition to Crummer’s Executive MBA program. Poole is the program director of Orlando-based Devereux Florida, a leading nonprofit child welfare and behavioral healthcare services provider for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges, as well as their families.

Firm negotiates sale

NAI Realvest recently negotiated the $825,000 sale of the 15,372-square-foot office building on 1.5 acres at 1300 Lee Road at Goddard Avenue near Interstate 4. Tom R. Kelley II, CCIM, a principal in the firm, and associate Chris Adams negotiated the sale to a user owner representing the seller New York-based 1300 Lee Road LLC. Palm View Technology Offices, LLC purchased a two-story office building containing 40 private offices with conference and training rooms. Dale Donovan of KW Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.
