Winter Garden woman dies in Brevard County crash

At about 3:05 p.m. Aug. 27, a crash occurred on Interstate 95 at mile marker 185 in Brevard County.

Jubilee Kanady, 61, of Winter Garden, was driving northbound and lost control of her 1993 Toyota four-door vehicle for unknown reasons, investigators reported.

Kanady's vehicle went off the road, its front-left portion striking the guide rail. Medical personnel pronounced her dead at Viera Hospital.

Reports indicate Kanady was not wearing her seatbelt.

The crash remains under investigation.
