Robin Webb named CCIM Institute president

CCIM Institute, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world with chapters in more than 30 global markets, has announced Robin L. Webb, CCIM, was recently inaugurated as 2017 CCIM Institute President and will assume the role Jan. 1. With more than 35 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional, Webb is managing director and principal of NAI Realvest, one of Orlando’s top ranked commercial real estate brokerage firms with a team of 60 professionals. He has been a resident of Central Florida for 37 years, serving as president of the Florida CCIM Chapter and Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society. Webb is also currently a member of CFCAR and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. He has a wide range of involvement with CCIM Institute, serving as Treasurer, Florida Chapter President, Regional Vice President, Presidential Liaison, and member of several committees, including Member Services, Designation, Finance, and the Legislative Affairs Subcommittee.

Firm negotiates four leases

NAI Realvest recently negotiated four new lease agreements at industrial centers in Sanford and Casselberry that total 13,090 rentable square feet. Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest brokered all four leases representing the landlords. In Sanford, Heidrich represented the landlord Commerce Way, Ltd. at the Airport Boulevard Warehouses where 4,000 square feet was leased by EMS Exhibits Orlando LLC at 2390 W. Airport Blvd. and Maxim Auto Center Inc. leased 2,000 square feet at 2370 W. Airport Blvd. At Monroe CommerCenter South, 643 Progress Way in Sanford, Heidrich represented Monroe South RE, LLC in a lease agreement for 2,640 square feet of industrial space. The Bus Stop, LLC is the new tenant. In Casselberry, Heidrich completed an industrial lease agreement at 362 W. Melody Lane with 4,450 square feet representing Landlord Melody Lane Partners Ltd. of Maitland. Altamonte Crossfit & Sports Performance is the new tenant.
