Maitland softball registration still open

Maitland Little League Softball is accepting online registration until 11:59pm on Jan. 21 at maitlandlittleleague.com for girls of all ages. No experience is necessary. Walk up registration for girls softball is also available at Keller Field, located at 361 N. Keller Road in Maitland, on Saturday, Jan. 23, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There’s a $20 discount on registration for Maitland residents.

Crummer names new dean

Deborah Crown has been named dean and professor of management at the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, effective July 1, 2016. She will succeed Thomas McEvoy, who has served as interim dean since July 2014.

Agency names new creative director

Findsome & Winmore, the digital marketing agency located in Baldwin Park that helps clients find and win new customers, has hired local agency veteran, Andy MacMillin, as creative director. MacMillin, who brings 20 years of creative experience to the Findsome & Winmore team, previously held the position of associate creative director at local advertising agency Push. During his time at Push, MacMillin oversaw creative direction on notable local and national accounts, including Visit Orlando, Orlando Health, Sea World, Johnny Rockets and more.
