Winter Garden Police Department in search of missing teenager

Destiny Star Warner left for school on Feb. 26 and didn't return home, police say.

The Winter Garden Police Department is searching for 16-year-old Destiny Star Warner. 

Warner left on an orange bicycle the morning of Friday, Feb. 26 to take a test at Orange Technical College- Westside Campus. She did not show up for the test or return home that afternoon, according to a police report.

Police report that she has been sighted since Feb. 26, and she flees at the sight of family members and police. She might be accompanied by an older male.

She was last seen with a green jacket, patterned jeans, a black Batman backpack, and a black and white baseball cap decorated with bats. Warner's hair is short, curly and auburn. Police believe she may have dyed her hair. She has blue eyes and wears black glasses. She has a medium build, weighs about 150 pounds and is five-foot-one-inch in height.
