Firm negotiates lease in Maitland
NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new, long-term office lease of 13,105 rentable square feet at 2300 Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland Center for the corporate headquarters of Tijuana Flats. Mary Frances West, CCIM, vice president at NAI Realvest, negotiated the lease agreement representing the tenant, Tijuana Flats Restaurants, LLC, who will relocate to the new space once interior build-out is finished potentially within the first quarter of 2017. The landlord of the building Maitland 100, based in Orlando, was represented by Paul Reynolds of Foundry Commercial.
Hold-Thyssen gets multiple deals done
Hold-Thyssen Inc., a commercial property firm based in Winter Park, recently negotiated six leases at Commerce Centers in the Maitland, College Park and South Orlando areas for industrial flex space totaling 17,955 rentable square feet. The Hold-Thyssen leasing team of Alex Rowlinson and Troy Stevens represented the South Florida-based landlord/owner of the properties in negotiations, including a lease for 5,957 square feet in the Kennedy Commerce Center at 995 W. Kennedy Blvd. that was signed by Winter Park’s Foxtail Coffee Co. At Edgewater Commerce Center, Rowlinson and Stevens negotiated two leases at 6250 Edgewater Drive. Found Church Inc. leased 3,215 square feet and FIT2GO a South Florida-based healthy meal delivery service leased 900 square feet. At Kirkman Commerce Center, the Hold-Thyssen team negotiated three deals: a five-year lease of 4,800 square feet for Souvees.com at 701 S. Kirkman Road and at 771 S. Kirkman Road, a lease of 2,518 square feet for H.O.P.E. For Life Ministries Inc. and a lease for 565 square feet Prosperity Recordings & Entertainment.
NAI Realvest negotiates leases in Altamonte Springs
NAI Realvest recently completed three lease agreements totaling 4,250 rentable square feet of industrial space at the Sunshine Lane industrial facility off Forest City Road and State Road 434 in Altamonte Springs. Jeff Bloom, CCIM vice president at NAI Realvest, brokered the three transactions representing the Landlord Mesar, LLC of Orlando and the local tenants – Twilight Teeth who leased 1,500 square feet; Central Florida Solar who leased 1,250 square feet, and Gutter Helmet of Central Florida Inc. who renewed the lease for 1,500 square feet. At Wilshire Plaza, 178 Wilshire Blvd. in Casselberry, NAI Realvest Vice President Mary Frances West, CCIM and Principal Tom R. Kelley II, CCIM, brokered the lease of 2,121 square feet of office space representing the new tenant, Advanced Foot & Ankle LLC of Winter Garden and the landlord, Wilshire Plaza, LLC of Winter Park.
