Four men accused of raping woman at Windermere party

WINDERMERE – Four 18-year-old men are accused of gang raping a woman at a party in Windermere.

According to an incident report from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the rape occurred in an upstairs bedroom of a home located at 12697 Calderdale Avenue the night of May 13.

The four men – Miguel Baez Arriechi, Enrique Lopez Cosson, Manual Zavarse and Gabriel Zavarse Cedeno – have been charged with sexual battery.

According to the report, the woman had attended the party with a friend and was drinking. During the course of the evening, she was eventually led to an upstairs bedroom by the hand. Once she was in the bedroom, three of the men started to undress her, despite her protests.

When she tried to resist the men, the men held her hands down and took turns raping her, according to the narrative. A friend later found her nude on the floor and helped her get home.

The woman is said to have a hard time remembering the details of the incident and suspects she may have been drugged. OCSO is still investigating the incident.
