It really did feel a lot like Christmas during the holiday festivities that took over Baldwin Park on Saturday as the community celebrated its annual Winter Spark.
From 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. locals and visitors took in a variety of events in Harbor Park — including games for kids, food trucks, and a photo-op with Mr. and Ms. Santa Claus.
Along with the festival, a stage was set up at the corner of New Broad St. and Welham Ave and included performances from groups like Victory Martial Arts and the Lake Howell Jazz Band.
At the end of the night those attending found places to set up along New Broad St. to take in the Christmas parade — which started at 6:00 p.m.
New Broad St. was lit up in vibrant reds and greens, as the sounds of local marching bands, floats, and others paced through Baldwin Park.
