M/I Homes starts sales at Lukas Landing

M/I Homes will start sales Feb. 1 at Lukas Landing, its newest gated community with 55 single-family home sites in Oviedo on State Road 426 one-half mile south of Mitchell Hammock Road. David Byrnes, area president of M/I Homes, said the homebuilder is offering three-, four- and five-bedroom homes with two- and three-car garages at Lukas Landing, priced from $316,990 to over $500,000. Florida Craftsman-inspired home designs that range from 1,857 square feet of living area to 3,600 square feet offer options for dual master suites and bonus rooms. Some lots at Lukas Landing offer wooded views and several cul-de-sac and oversized lots are available. M/I started construction of a model home at the community and it will be completed and ready for viewing by March 15, Byrnes said. Lukas Landing is within the highly rated Seminole County School District and conveniently located within minutes of University of Central Florida. Easy access to State Road 417 provides convenience to the employment and entertainment venues of Oviedo Mall, downtown Orlando and international airports. 

Partyka earns CCIM designation

Paul P. Partyka, partner at NAI Realvest and former mayor of Winter Springs, recently received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute recognizing him as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He also serves on the Central Florida CCIM Board. Partyka completed all of the requirements including the Institute’s comprehensive studies and testing, and demonstrated a vast portfolio of experience. CCIMs must be proficient in the areas of investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and financial analysis for commercial real estate.
