Foundation Academy held its summer cheer camp June 13 to 16, welcoming 60 happy campers between K5 and fifth grade.
The girls spent four hours each day of the camp learning the fundamentals of cheerleading, including dance, cheers, chants and jumps.
The cheer team was in charge of teaching the routines to the young campers. Campers of all skills levels were allowed to attend, learning different routines specifically designed to their age and skill groups.
Games were also part of the camp; girls played Fish Out of Water and Chicken in a Henhouse, among others.
