Barbara and David Hamry cheered on race competitors as they either walked or jogged in front of their house alongside their dog, Bubba.

Wayne and Patricia Ellington, and Hillary Morris held their medals and wore big smiles after crossing the finish line.

The Town of Windermere hosted its annual Run Among the Lakes the morning of Saturday, Oct. 15.
It was a beautiful, and fresh, Saturday morning as more than a 1,000 participants lined up in from of Windermere Town Hall to began the 5k or the 10k routes.
Some enjoyed a nice walk with the company of friends, family and loved ones while others were excited, and determined, to set personal records for themselves in the distance of their choice.
All participants received a medal, sponsored by Windermere Brewing Company, after crossing the finish line.
