Orange County and the Dr. Phillips Little League celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of the new DPLL complex Thursday, Jan. 26.

Former Orange County Commissioner Scott Boyd and Betsy VanderLey and baseball parent Kim Johnston were present at the ceremony.

The new complex is expected to be completed by Spring 2023 and will provide the Dr. Phillips Little League with four new grass fields, a concession stand and restrooms.
