Horizon West has a new sports medical facility.

Located at 6056 Old Brick Road, Suite 110, Windermere, AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab specializes in sports medicine, pelvic health, neurology and orthopedics.

Its services are provided to both adults and children.

No referrals are needed to be seen by experts in the facility.
